Dr. Emma Kun

I am a professional astronomer currently based at Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany. My main research interests include multimessenger astronomy (I do radio, gamma-ray and neutrino astronomy), neutrino astrophysics, active galactic nuclei, supermassive black holes, cosmic-ray propagation, cosmology, pulsar timing-arrays and cosmo-paleontology.

For Students

I offer thesis projects at TDK, BSc, and MSc levels, mainly in the field of high-energy astrophysics. Topics include neutrino source identification and VLBI radio imaging of blazars. Full project descriptions can be found here.
