I am Emma Kun – a professional astronomer and multidisciplinary scientist. Besides doing science, I enjoy making art. My artistic work explores the intersection of vivid emotion and layered structure, often combining abstract expressionism with subtle narrative symbolism. I work mostly with acrylic painting and pencil. Welcome to my world.

My hobbies include: painting, playing Dungeons and Dragons (3.5), computer games (recently I play a lot with Baldur's Gate 3 and Cyberpunk 2077), hiking, traveling, anything water, psychology (more than seven years in therapy, still ongoing), reading, listening to music, good movies, wood-work, cooking. You can read my book by clicking on the link below. It shows a collection of my paintings with my poems that are written mostly in Hungarian. I wrote the poems between the ages of 15 and 20, except the English poems which I wrote in 2025. Paintings are made between 2018 - present.
